Sometimes you just desire your personal computer to look different. When you see one you like, select download. A window will pop up asking you if you want to run, save or cancel. Select run this can install the theme onto your personal computer in the section you were looking at built-in themes formerly. Once the download is complete the theme should show up on the personalisation panel. Select it and it's going to be applied to your desktop.
